What...has Adrian been cycling..??
No, not really, but I did have a 'bicycle' experience at Calshot velodrome when I popped in to watch these heros in action...one of whom appeared to have come a cropper and was sitting under a blanket. Took a few blurred photos at about 1/30 sec...but must go down again and try some panning (perhaps even cycling...'Never' I hear you shout).

I can highly recommend the velodrome experience - you'll be fine (so long as you keep pedalling!), and it's a heck of a blast. Really, really good.

Last time I rode the Manchester track league I damn near killed someone at the end of the 10km points race. Must go back there again and finish the job off. Get some better Cycling pics at Southampton Leisure Centre on the 7th Jan - see you there!
