Late sun in the New Forest

A few shots of Scots Pines and some Silver Birches.

One of the things which really impresses me about digital is the depth of field you get with wide apertures....very handy for low light

London Eye

It's all been done before, but the London eye is a great 3D object for photos...looks so different from different angles

This is just beside the eye

Some Pictures from March...Sophie's art

This is one of Sophie's pieces of art for her GCSE. I love the reflection in the large eye and the subtle use of colour in the rose (which is acrylic - the others all pencil) Posted by Picasa

Snowchains in Snowdonia - 4/5 March 06

I've put together a blog to get some photos out.....I seem to have managed to get it all inverted, so the trip starts at the bottom and then works up. !!

Anyway, hope these bring back some good memories with those of you who were there, though I'm sure there will be many swaps with some of yours. I've entered some of the landscapes at larger size so when you click on them they open up to a reasonable size.

Good trip and thanks to all who came for your exellent banter and company.
